We don’t think there’s anything more delicious than these delightful prawns, their sweet juicy flesh grilled to perfection and flavoured with spicy chilli, fragrant parsley and garlicky garlic… We know your mouth is watering. A perfect way to impress your guests on a warm summer’s eve or simply as a treat on a balmy Sunday afternoon. Try our super simple recipe below for super tasty results.
Ingredients:(Feeds a few as a starter, a couple as a main!)
12 Tiger Prawns (you could also use langoustines)
3 Large Red Chillies
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Bunch of Parsley
A good glug of olive oil
A lemon (optional)
Finely chop the garlic, chillies parsley with a sharp knife and stir into the oil till well combined. Season with salt & pepper. Dress the raw prawns with half of the dressing and leave to marinade for 1 hour covered in the fridge. Once marinated, preheat griddle or BBQ and cook each prawn until they are pink, juicy and no longer translucent and delicious looking! (about 1-2 mins each side on a high heat turning with tongs). Plate up on your favourite platter and dress with more of the reserved dressing for the ultimate prawn experience.
