Here at Steamer Trading we share the love for all our products all year round. Occasionally, we work with bloggers so we can spread the word and celebrate some of our wonderful products, products that have been tried and tested by us and loved by you.
We want to share with you some of our favourite articles written by some very talented bloggers about various Le Creuset products, including the highly-admired cast iron casseroles. These articles celebrate how creating good food can start in your very home.
Happy Skin Kitchen made a delicious Strawberry and Rhubarb crumble in her Le Creuset Rectangular Dish: “When I received this gorgeous oven dish I knew immediately I had to make a crumble, it literally had “crumble” written all over it.” The Le Creuset dish can withstand incredibly high temperatures and is perfect to go from oven-to-table for serving.
If you prefer savoury over sweet, perhaps you’ll enjoy Charlotte’s Lively Kitchen use of the Le Creuset dish. She makes a succulent salmon dish and enjoys the aesthetic of her Le Creuset. “The second reason I created this salmon recipe is that I wanted an excuse to show off my new Le Creuset baking dish – isn’t it just lovely.” Making one tray meals like Charlotte has done, is easily achievable in this family sized dish.
The most versatile of all, is the Le Creuset Cast Iron Casserole. Recipes From a Pantry provides her readers with a little history of the iconic brand: “Le Creuset has been making gorgeous enamelled cast iron casserole cookware since 1925 in France, using only the finest materials to make their very elegant and long-lasting cookware. I love using them as they are suitable for all types of heat sources and can be transferred from the cooker top or oven straight to the dining table, as they are that stylish” This particular dish is the Le Creuset 20cm Round Casserole in Cotton.
If a cotton coloured casserole doesn’t light your candle and you would prefer a bold colour to brighten the kitchen, you’re in luck as Le Creuset can offer many vibrant shades to choose from including their bright Vida Brazil range. Coriander Queen decided to go for the popular Cool Mint for her Le Creuset 26cm Shallow Casserole.
