Owner of Le Manoir Aux Quat’saisons and a 2 star Michelin chef, Raymond Blanc is known for his exemplary creations and his passion for food, he has since collaborated with Anolon to produce an excellent range of pans and cookware. He has featured on a variety of television series which has resulted in many cookery books, most recently ‘Kew on a Plate’, which commended the local and seasonal produce around.
