This authentic Spanish paella pan will make enough delicious traditional paella to serve six to eight people. The pan is made from carbon steel which will heat your paella consistently and evenly however it will require gentle seasoning before use to prevent the food from sticking. The seasoning will build up over time making the pan look darker but improving its non stick properties. This pan should be gently washed by hand after use and dried thoroughly.
