Nestled in a former chalk quarry among 50 metre-high cliffs and surrounded by 50 acres of lakes, parkland and trees, Bluewater’s remarkable architecture is not only exceptional but echoes the unique design qualities that we hold dear at Steamer Trading.
Opened in mid-October 2014, this two floor cookware haven houses over 7000 products, and includes a live demonstration kitchen alongside a dedicated coffee station complete with its own barista!
Offering good old fashioned customer service and friendly advice with world renowned products from the likes of KitchenAid, Magimix, Dualit, Le Creuset, Joseph Joseph, Robert Welch and Nespresso – Steamer Trading Cookshop is your go-to destination for all things kitchen related!
How to find us
Our shop is located in the Upper Thames Walk opposite Costa Coffee. By car, Bluewater is just outside junctions 1-2 of the M25 south of the Dartford Tunnel. You’ll find over 13,000 parking spaces of which you’re never 5 minutes’ walk from. By rail, the nearest train stations are Greenhithe and Stone Crossing. Alternatively there are plenty of local bus services in operation.
Bluewater has over 300 reserved parking spaces for guests with disabilities, all of which are located close to the entrances in each of the car parks. Please remember to display your blue badge when making use of these spaces. Also there is the option of hiring a mobility scooter or powered wheelchair which can be arranged via prior booking on 01322 427427. There are many lifts throughout Bluewater for access to all levels and the centre boasts a dedicated Concierge team to assist with all problems or enquiries..
